When do bikes need to be returned?

· Bikes must be returned before closing. Additional rental charges may apply if not returned before closing.

What type of bikes do you rent?

· Currently we have a limited inventory of Pedego electric bikes

Do I need a reservation?

· Reservations are recommended; however, we gladly take walk-ins – a reservation is the best way to guarantee a bike will be available

What is included in the Bike rental?

· eBike, bike lock, helmet. Helmets are not required but strongly encouraged

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

· If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your ride, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation on the day of your rental due to inclement weather, you’ll receive a full refund. If you missed the 24-hour window and you ask nicely, you’ll receive a full refund. We’re pretty flexible around here.

How old do I have to be to rent an eBike?

· You must be 16 years old with valid ID
